John Salmons to Start For Milwaukee Bucks?

By Eddie Fiasco • on February 22, 2010 • Filed under: Fantasy Basketball

There has been speculation that John Salmons could be inserted into Milwaukee’s starting lineup, and it could happen as early as Monday night.

Salmons has average 37 minutes and 19 points per game since joining the Bucks four days ago, and with Tracy McGrady starting for the Knicks on Monday, it’d make more sense to give the Bucks more size and a loner defender on the perimeter.

The curent starter at the two guard, Charlie Bell, hasn’t been playing elite basketball, and has seen his minutes drops. Even if Salmons isn’t in the starting lineup by tonight, it’s probably likely he is before the end of the week.

Milwaukee plays five games this week, making Salmons an elite play for the week.
