Samuel Dalembert Traded to Kings for Spencer Hawes and Andres Nocioni
According to Rotoworld.com, the Philadelphia 76ers and Sacramento Kings have officially completed a trade that will send center Samuel Dalembert to the Kings and Nocioni and Hawes to the 76ers.
The move give the Kings a young and athletic center, while allowing Sacramento to part with two disgruntled players.
Hawes and Nocioni both had reportedly wanted out of Sacramento due to disagreements with both the Kings style of play and their own playing time.
While the trade isn’t sure to have a major impact on the 2010 NBA Draft, it’s still interesting, as the 76ers could now possibly take a longer look at a post player in the draft, and the Kings could become more interested in adding depth at small forward.
Regardless, Hawes should move into the starting lineup in Philly, while Nocioni should be able to carve a decent role off the bench. Neither player has great fantasy value until proven otherwise, while Dalembert could actually be a solid sleeper at center in a potentially fluid and fast-paced offense in Sacramento.
