Chicago Bulls Sign J.J. Redick, Wait to See if Magic Will Match Offer
According to the Orlando Sentinel, the Chicago Bulls and restricted free agent J.J. Redick have agreed to a three-year, $20 million deal that would have the sharp-shooter leaving Orlando.
While Orlando GM Otis Smith has repeatedly said the Magic would offer almost any offer sheet, recent rumors and moves are making it look otherwise.
Orlando has since added sharp-shooter Quentin Richardson, and is also rumored to be interested in Roger Mason.
If Orlando passes on Redick, he would join a young Chicago team that recently added Carlos Boozer and another sharp-shooter, veteran forward Kyle Korver.
Orlando has until Friday to match the offer.
