NBA Trade Rumors: Carmelo Anthony Eyeing Knicks and Magic?
By now it’s no secret to anyone paying attention to the NBA world. Carmelo Anthony wants out of Denver, and he might not want to wait until 2011 free agency.
Rumors are swirling that the star Denver Nuggets forward would love to go to New York to help Ama’re Stoudemire form a new “Big Three” that would rival the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat, and make the Eastern Conference the new powerhouse conference.
That, or he could opt for a different team in the east, the Orlando Magic.
According to rumors, the Knicks have already offered their prized young small forward, Danilo Gallinari, along with Eddy Curry and a first-round draft pick, while there hasn’t been any news regarding the Magic.
This is all hearsay and moot until the Nuggets appoint a GM, however, so stay tuned.
