Manu Ginobili Listed as Doubtful For Game One
According to the San Antonio Express-News, San Antonio Spurs star shooting guard Manu Ginobili’s status for the team’s opening round playoff series is listed as doubtful after sustaining an elbow injury in the season finale against the Phoenix Suns.
Ginobili collided with another player, hyper-extending his elbow in the process. Initial X-rays were negative and the injury is to Ginobili’s non-shooting arm, but his availability is in question as the Spurs get ready to take on the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round of the 2011 NBA Playoffs.
